shipping policy

Maci Lago online orders will be processed in 1-2 business days and shipped in 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

return & exchange policy

Returns are only accepted on unused products.

Maci Lago is always here to make your day better, and we want to satisfy our customers; however, we cannot accept any used products, or products that have not been returned within 10 days of the date of delivery.

Once a return is received and has passed inspection the return is then eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY.
